Current shipping providers are UPS and USPS.

Shipping times are as follows:

All material items are shipped within 24 business hours after payment is received.

Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped within 24 business hours via UPS/USPS as First Class or Priority depending on order weight and measurement (excluding holidays)

Gerards Home & Holidays will be held accountable for processing time and shipping with the carrier that the customer has selected.  Gerards Home & Holidays cannot be held accountable for transit time with the carrier transporting packages and orders. 

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON MATERIALS ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. PLEASE EMAIL GERARDFAMILYWREATHS@GMAIL.COM FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

MATERIALS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. 

DUE TO THE INDEPENDANT CREATION OF EACH ITEM, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WREATHS, GARLANDS, CENTERPIECES, TREE TOPPERS, BOWS OR SWAGS.

AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF YOUR ITEM UNTIL PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING HAS BEEN MADE TO RETURN THE ITEM TO YOU.
